The Caffè delle lingue / Sprachlounge is a welcoming space where people of all ages can engage in conversation in any of the seven offered languages, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere – without formal lessons, dictionaries, or worksheets, simply through natural, shared dialogue.
At each table, a moderator greets participants and guides the conversation as a native speaker. Attendees are free to choose and switch tables, though basic knowledge of the language is recommended to follow and actively participate in the discussion.
Participation is open, free of charge, and requires no registration.
The Language Café is a community project carried out by the Papperlapapp youth center in collaboration with alpha beta piccadilly. In 2026, the Bolzano Language Café will celebrate its 25th anniversary.
