Fun, creativity and Italian in the kitchen. Every day the children make a simple, delicious Italian recipe. With the expert the guidance of an language teacher the children learn about the food and the history of the dishes. The children then sit down and eat their home cooked lunch together. In the afternoon the children play games in Italian in the open air. Participants can either meet directly at the Klobenstein Middle School or can be accompanied by a teacher from Bolzano with the Renon cable car (meeting point: valley station). Buon appetito!

Singing, dancing, acting, and circus skills. In fact all types of creative performance are possible in this camp. The children work with an Italian language teacher and drama specialist to create, practice and perform in Italian. Working with stories, song lyrics, role plays and scripts the children immerse themselves in the Italian language. Activities take place in the beautiful Waldorfschule courtyard. The children eat lunch together in the open air and in the afternoon they learn circus skills with expert trainers. No previous drama experience is necessary and the emphasis of the camp is on having fun together.

This camp is the perfect combination of language and nature. The idyllic mountain location is completely closed to traffic. Children of German and Italian mother tongue spend eight days together living in the Merano Youth Service holiday house. The morning is dedicated to linguistic preparation for the rest of the day. The children enjoy a wide range of fun activities outside in the fresh air, in the woods and around the campfire They work together throughout the day making new friends and helping one another. Special attention is paid to making sure that both languages are practiced and that the children help each other overcome linguistic barriers and learn from each other under the supervision of expert teachers.

Using songs, games and storytelling the children are immersed in the Italian language. Reading as well as writing practised to reinforce vocabulary and grammar. The games are adapted to the age of the children. The children are encouraged to cooperate and work together in a group.

In this course teenagers immerse themselves in the Italian language in an entertaining way. With exciting language games, interesting texts, current music as well as reading and writing exercises, they consolidate their vocabulary and grammar. The course programs are adapted to the age and school level of the participants. The course groups are divided up on the basis of a placement test.
