The Self Access Centre at alpha beta piccadilly in Bolzano / Bozen offers the opportunity to study with the advice of a tutor, possibly (but not necessarily) as a complement to a language course. The centre is equipped with modern facilities and a wide range of multimedia teaching materials. - Learning material for the following languages: English, German, South Tyrolean dialect, Italian, Ladin, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, Greek, Czech and Hungarian
- Multimedia equipment for studying languages (PCs, TV, DVD player,CD players)
- Novels, newspapers and magazines, original language films on DVD, songs 
- Teaching materials: language courses, grammar books, graded worksheets for the different levels and different skills, CDs
- Materials for specialised language practice and dictionaries 
- "Tandem pathway" on the Internet with the assistance of a tutor to learn what Tandem can provide for language learning via the internet

Novels and DVDs in various languages can be borrowed from the Self Access Centre. All other materials are only for consultation.
